Downloads and delivery

Where is my vocal?

Right after your purchase, we send an email with your download link. If you don’t see it, please check your spam or junk folder. Still missing? Contact us at support@neonvocals.com, and we’ll resend it.

I lost my download link. Can you resend it?

Yes! Just email us with your order details at support@neonvocals.com, and we’ll send you a fresh link.

Can I re-download files later?

Yes, the download link will not expire.

Yes, all our vocals are 100% royalty-free, meaning you can use them in your projects without any additional licensing fees or future royalty payments.

Can I get custom vocals?

File Formats & Technical Info

What format are the vocals in?
All vocals are delivered in high-quality 24-bit WAV format, compatible with any DAW (Ableton, FL Studio, Logic, etc.).
Do you provide stems or just dry/wet vocals?
Each vocal pack includes dry (no effects) and wet (with effects) versions. Some may also include harmonies, ad-libs, or full stems — check the product description for details.
Are the vocals key- and tempo-labeled?

Yes! Every vocal is labeled with key and BPM to make production fast and easy.
